Constructability, budgeting and coordination review :

The preconstruction phase is the most critical phase of a Project. Throughout the design development phase, we work with Design professionals during schematics, design development and  Construction documents to identify materials and system components considered for final design and recommend the most cost effective system and materials for each category of expense where alternatives are to be considered. We will assist in constructability, budget tracking, value engineering and the MEPs systems analysis and review drawings with the design team members to ensure that architectural and engineering drawings are all coordinated correctly and avoid conflicts between trades.
