General Contracting services are provided for projects which clients have already completed design so that service of general contractor is solicited through competitive bidding process. The general contractor is responsible to build the project based on plans and specification prepared by client’s design professional.

Modular contractors, Inc. has extensive experience in general contracting delivery method. On-time delivery and quality workmanship are two main objectives for every project. To meet this goal, we use highly qualified subcontractors that deliver the project on-time. In addition, we utilize the latest construction software program that assist us in scheduling and project management tracking system. We prepare and maintain a comprehensive schedule indicating construction sequencing to maximize productivity. The Project Manager updates and reviews the Master Schedule and highlight issues as they may relate to project delivery. 

The punch list process begins before construction starts. Our team will ensure that the subcontractors perform at a level of quality throughout the course of the project that reduces the occurrence of normal punch list items. We will constantly monitor work in place for quality and conformance to the plans and specification we will prepare and ensure completion of the punch list and will dedicate the necessary resources to ensure timely and orderly closeout of each phase of this project.
